Those were the last words of another man being a victim of police use of force. Let's discuss statistics and recent studies of police use of force in the United States. Too many people of colour have lost their innocent lives to police officers abusing their power of the law. At the end of the discussion, I share my reaction to the George Floyd video filmed by witnesses and share a spoken word poem I wrote about the issue. Music by Art of Silence

Mental Illness has a huge stigma behind it and we need to break that wall down! In this episode, I am going to talk about how my depression started and my struggle in trying to deal with it on my own. Music was always there to lift me up, but depression is a serious illness that requires treatment and it took me a long time to accept that.
